All Power Swabs® products can be used for 30 days absolutely risk-free, less shipping and handling. If you do not see or feel the results that you expected, call our Customer Service department within 30 days of your order and return any unused products and/or empty boxes for a full product refund.
Returning products to us is both easy and convenient. You must return all merchandise, including unused products and/or empty boxes within 30 days of receipt. Failure to return merchandise, in Stain Away’s sole determination, may cause the order to be ineligible for a refund. Your return should also include your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request. The return shipment must be sent to:

All return shipping charges are paid by the customer. To ensure that merchandise is returned safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx with insured delivery.
If your refund is accepted, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. If needed we will adjust this policy as required by the laws of the state in which you live.
Three month kits may be eligible, at Stain Away’s sole determination, for a partial refund within 60 days of your order.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We strive to fulfill and ship your order in the most efficient manner. Shipping rates vary per the size of your order. Most orders ship within 2 business days after they are received. We select the shipping carrier according to the shipping method and destination address specified at the time of order. Orders shipped using the Standard Shipping method typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping industry, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. The time period from order to delivery will vary depending on location.
Where We Ship
We ship orders only within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada. Please contact Customer Service for any international orders.
All orders will be shipped to the address specified in the shipping address section of the order form. We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is typically sent after the first carrier scan. The email may include a tracking number if provided by the carrier. Typically, processing time is within 24 hours after a purchase is made. Our shipping and processing only occurs on business days (Monday through Friday). Therefore, if you order a product through us on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the shipping process will not begin until the next business day (Monday) unless the next business day is a major holiday. Furthermore, you should exclude non-business days (Saturdays, Sundays as well as major holidays) in anticipation of the arrival of your Power Swabs® products.
